目的研究大红袍妇炎宁胶囊水提液的除杂工艺,以提高产品质量和稳定性。方法以出膏率及丹酚酸B和芍药苷的含量为考察指标,优选中空纤维膜滤法的水提液除杂工艺条件;以样品的色泽、吸湿率和指标性成份含量等指标与传统的醇沉法比较。结果采用中空纤维膜滤法所得样品的各项指标优于醇沉法。结论中空纤维膜滤除杂工艺合理可行,可用于大红袍妇炎宁胶囊的除杂工艺。
Objective To study the impurity removal technology of Dahongpao Fuyanning aqueous extract to improve product quality and stability. Methods Taking the ointment yield and content of salvianolic acid B and paeoniflorin as indexes, the optimum extraction conditions of aqueous extract of hollow fiber membrane filtration were obtained. The indexes such as color, moisture absorption and index of the sample were compared with traditional Alcohol precipitation method comparison. Results The indexes of samples obtained by hollow fiber membrane filtration were better than alcohol precipitation. Conclusion hollow fiber membrane impurity removal process is reasonable and feasible, can be used Dahongpao Fu Yanning impurity removal process.
