目的:利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS)分析海南新鲜马缨丹(Lantana camara L.)花及枝叶中挥发油的含量与成分。方法:利用挥发油提取器对花和枝叶中的挥发油进行提取,并利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对海南新鲜马缨丹(Lantana camara L.)花及枝叶中的挥发油成分种类与含量进行分析,通过计算机图谱以及面积的归一化法对挥发油的成分进行定性和定量分析与鉴定。结果:海南省产的新鲜的马缨丹的花以及嫩枝嫩叶中的挥发油的提取率分别为:0.17%、0.28%(v/w),分别鉴定出了70和88种不同的成分。结论:海南省产的马缨丹的花和嫩枝嫩叶中的挥发油的主要成分为倍半萜类,其中主要包括:大根香叶烯D、大根香叶烯B、葎草烯、甘香烯、古巴烯等。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the content and composition of volatile oil in flowers and leaves of fresh Lantana camara L. from Hainan by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS). Methods: Volatile oils from flowers and branches were extracted by volatile oil extractor, and the components of volatile oil in flowers and branches of Hainan Lantana camara L. were analyzed by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS) And content were analyzed. The components of volatile oil were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and identified by computerized map and area normalization method. Results: The extracts of fresh lantana and fresh leaves from Hainan Province were 0.17% and 0.28% (v / w) respectively, and 70 and 88 different components were identified respectively. Conclusion: The main components of the volatile oil in the flowers and young leaves of Lantana camara from Hainan Province are sesquiterpenoids, including mainly sedgesium D, geraniol B, Ene, Cuba, etc.
