考虑多指标影响下的汛期分期研究,可以转化成多指标模糊识别问题。因影响汛期划分的多指标是非此即彼的清晰值,用清晰值去计算模糊概念汛期的相对隶属度,宜采用可变集方法。本文提出了基于可变集的汛期分期多指标识别方法,详细论述了该方法的基本思路,并以潘家口水库控制流域的汛期分期为例进行了实例研究。研究结果表明,本文方法应用的理论符合汛期分期的可变模糊清晰特性与可变集质量互变定理,且计算过程简单,汛期划分结果精细、可靠。
Considering the flood season staging study under the influence of multiple indicators, it can be transformed into a multi-index fuzzy identification problem. Because the multiple indicators that affect the division of flood season are different or clear values, the relative membership degree of fuzzy concept flood season should be calculated with clear values. Therefore, the variable set method should be adopted. In this paper, a multi-index identification method for flood season based on variable set is proposed. The basic idea of this method is discussed in detail. An example is given by taking the flood season staging of Panjiakou Reservoir as an example. The results show that the theory applied in this paper accords with the variable fuzzy clear characteristic and variable set-quantity interdependence theorem of flood season staging, and the calculation process is simple. The result of the division in the flood season is fine and reliable.
