针对激光堆积制造金属零件中存在支撑结构去除困难、浪费材料及辅助加工时间长等不足。为此基于多自由度无支撑激光堆积制造金属零件系统被广泛研究。物体中心轴线是激光堆积制造金属零件过程中堆积方向及堆积层厚度分割确定的依据。本文提出了一种金属零件中心轴线搜寻的具体算法,该算法主要依据金属零件的几何特征,来确定金属零件的中心轴线。利用该算法能够较为简单的确定金属零件的中心轴线。金属零件中心轴线的提取,为实现无支撑激光直接制造金属零件系统的开发提供基础。
There are some shortcomings such as the difficulty of removing the support structure, the waste of materials and the long time of auxiliary processing in the manufacturing of laser metal parts. For this reason, the fabrication of metal parts based on multi-degree freedom unsupported laser deposition has been studied extensively. The center axis of the object is the basis for determining the stacking direction and the thickness of the sedimentary layer in the process of manufacturing the metal parts by laser deposition. In this paper, a specific algorithm for searching the center axis of a metal part is proposed. The algorithm mainly determines the center axis of a metal part based on the geometric characteristics of the metal part. The algorithm can be used to determine the center axis of the metal parts relatively easily. The extraction of the center axis of the metal parts provides the basis for the development of the metal parts system for the unsupported laser directly.
