以栽培大麦(H.Vulgate.2n=2x=14)矮早三品种为母本,普通小麦(T aestivum,2n=6x=42)品种间杂种F_1为父本的属间杂交,经杂种幼胚离体培养,得杂种F_1植株(2n=28),自交不实;再经杂种F_1幼穗的组织培养,获杂种F_1的再生植株45株穗部形态似小麦,小花无雄蕊雌蕊化现象,仍自交不实。用小麦宁7840为父本,进行核代换连续回交,在BC_2代里有1单株(2n=44),回交7穗,结实34粒,种子多数较饱满。1986年秋播,34粒回交三代种子;发芽成苗27株,其中除1株中途死苗,另1株生长弱,发育较迟,雄蕊呈雌蕊化变态外,其余25株表现了明显的杂种优势。镜检部分单株。多数体
