抗精神病药物引起心脏骤停,虽不多见,但十分严重。现将我院抗精神病药物引起心脏骤停2例报告如下: 例1 女,42岁,反复精神失常10余年,于1974年6月12日以精神分裂症(妄想型)收入我院。入院体检及常规化验均正常。给予氯丙嗪治疗,渐加量至每日300mg、分3次口服。住院第29天假出院,患者在家产生轻生之念,顿服氯丙嗪7,500mg,约8小时 Antipsychotics cause cardiac arrest, although rare, but very serious.
