目的探讨再生障碍性贫血(AA)和骨髓增生异常综合征(M DS)患者骨髓CD3+4细胞表面粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体(GM-CSFR)的表达情况。方法用流式细胞术(FCM)和单克隆抗体技术检测14例AA、23例M DS和8例非血液病患者骨髓CD3+4细胞表面的GM-CSFR表达率。结果M DS组骨髓CD3+4细胞表面GM-CSFR的表达率明显高于对照组及AA组(P<0.05),而AA组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论AA患者造血干细胞没有质的缺陷;造血干细胞异常可能是M DS的主要发病机制之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (GM-CSFR) on the surface of CD3 + 4 cells in patients with aplastic anemia (AA) and myelodysplastic syndromes (M DS). Methods The expression of GM-CSFR on the surface of CD3 + 4 cells in 14 cases of AA, 23 cases of M DS and 8 cases of non-hematological diseases were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) and monoclonal antibody technique. Results The expression of GM-CSFR on CD3 + 4 cells in M DS group was significantly higher than that in control group and AA group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between AA group and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no qualitative defect of hematopoietic stem cells in AA patients. Abnormality of hematopoietic stem cells may be one of the main pathogenesis of M DS.
