花色素是广泛存在于植物中的一种黄酮类化合物,也是植物花瓣和果实中的一种主要呈色物质。花色素存在于植物细胞的液泡中,随着植物细胞液的酸碱不同,使之呈现五彩缤纷的颜色。有关花色素提取、分离、净化等方面的研究层出不穷,近年来随着各实验室对花色素深入的研究,其生理活性、功能及作用机制逐渐成为热点。作者就花色素抗癌实验的最新研究进展,以及它们的抗癌机理作以综述,借此揭示花色素的研发价值及应用前景。
Anthocyanidin is a flavonoid widely found in plants and is also a major chromophore in plant petals and fruits. Anthocyanidins are present in the vacuoles of plant cells, giving rise to colorful colors as the acid and base of plant cell fluids differ. Research on anthocyanidins extraction, separation and purification has been emerging in recent years. With the in-depth research on anthocyanidin in various laboratories, its physiological activity, function and mechanism have gradually become hot topics. The authors review the recent advances in anthocyanin anticancer assays and their anticancer mechanisms to reveal the research value and potential applications of anthocyanidins.
