目的探讨唾液酸化粘液相关糖基结构在胃癌中的表达意义.方法胃癌标本58例,其中粘液癌24例,高中分化管状腺癌15例,低分化腺癌19例.利用凝集素对特异性糖基结合的特性,采用ABC亲和组化法,作神经氨酸酶处理前后PSA,WGA,PHA,BSA及SJA染色.染色强度的判断采用了既考虑了肿瘤的异质性又能客观地进行统计分析的半定量计分系统.统计学方法采用SASSYSTEM软件,作方差分析及配对T检验.结果PSA在3种类型癌中染色最弱,WGA在低分化腺癌中染色较强(P<0?05).PSA和WGA在粘液中染色阴性.PHA,SJA及BSA在粘液癌中表达(1?35±0?48,1?32±0?49,1?23±0?40)比高中分化管状腺癌(0?52±0?23,0?58±0?23,0?63±0?23)及低分化腺癌强(0?72±0?62,0?74±0?43,0?88±0?39;P<0?05),粘液湖中染色亦为阳性.用神经氨酸酶消化后,PSA无明显变化(P>0?05),WGA染色减弱(-0?06±0?12,-0?1±0?39,-0?07±0?09;P<0?05),PHA,SJA及BSA染色增强(0?17±0?15,0?28±0?52,0“,”AIM To study the expression of sialylated mucin associated carbohydrate structures in human gastric carcinoma.
