一个有战斗力的团队是长期培养和锤炼的结果,没有捷径也没有速成法。多数时候,我们都会认同这一团队建设法则。然而,中国民营企业处于一个特别的时期,业务发展太快而团队建设太慢。按部就班的传统做法根本无法适应这一时期企业快速发展的需要。因此,短期内,我们必须找到“高压氧舱”一样的强化训练机制,为缺氧的大脑快速补充养分。当整个管理团队,一批接一批地通过“高压氧舱”的强化而变得才思敏捷之后,再考虑长期的强身健体计划,比如轮岗和在职教育等常规做法。
A combative team is the result of long-term training and tempering. There are no short cuts and no quick fixes. Most of the time, we will agree with this team building principle. However, private enterprises in China are in a special period. Business development is too fast and team building is too slow. The traditional practice of step by step simply cannot adapt to the rapid development of the enterprise during this period. Therefore, in the short term, we must find the same intensive training mechanism as the “hyperbarre oxygen chamber” to quickly supplement the hypoxic brain with nutrients. When the entire management team, one batch after another through the “hyperbaric chamber” to strengthen and become quick, then consider long-term physical fitness programs, such as rotation and on-the-job education and other routine practices.
