In 1998, Guichi City, Anhui Province Edible Fungi Technology Promotion Station from Australia to introduce a wide range of trial-wide species of Australian white mushroom Pleurotus new strains. The results showed that this strain won the favor of mushroom growers with its unique high yield, big flesh, tasty taste and white and snow-like mushroom shape. Has now become a local variety.
