企业文化是企业发展过程中对企业宗旨、发展战略、核心价值观念、经营管理理念、道德行为规范、企业精神和企业形象等进行有效整合后形成的企业所坚持的共同价值观及体现出来的行为模式、规范等。企业职工通过对企业文化的认识和认同,将企业的核心价值观转化为自身的价值观,将企业精神转化为自觉的行为,进而影响企业效益的持续增长。在市场经济体制越来越完善的形势下,通过企业文化为企业提供内在的精神动力,是实现企业可持续发展的有效途径。
