利用电化学交流阻抗方法研究了防锈颜料红丹(Pb_3O_4)在环氧涂层中的作用。通过对涂层交流阻抗图谱解析,提出其特征等效电路,并探讨Pb_3O_4在涂层中的作用机理。实验表明Pb_3O_4是一种典型的钝化型防锈颜料,浸泡初期以钝化作用为主,后期则以皂化作用为主。
The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to study the effect of red pigment (Pb_3O_4) in epoxy coatings. By analyzing the AC impedance spectrum of the coating, the characteristic equivalent circuit was proposed and the mechanism of action of Pb_3O_4 in the coating was discussed. Experiments show that Pb_3O_4 is a typical passivation-type anti-rust pigment, the main role of passivation in the first immersion, the latter part of the main saponification.
