课业作为新型的考核评价方式,对学生能力的培养有重要作用。将课业与学生临床实践相结合,根据学生的阶段学习和能力培养目标设计分层课业,形成学生能力的分层培养。文章提出将课业运用于护理专业新生认识教育中,引导新生形成正确、正向的专业认知。
As a new examination and evaluation method, classwork plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ abilities. The combination of homework and clinical practice, according to the students ’stage of learning and ability to develop the goal of designing layered schoolwork, the formation of a hierarchical training of students’ abilities. The article proposes to apply the lesson to the freshmen’s cognition education of nursing specialty and to guide the freshmen to form a correct and positive professional cognition.
