通过组织观察、系列温度冲击和断口形貌等方法对10CrNi3Mo钢的低温韧性进行研究。根据系列冲击试验的能量判据、断口判据和塑性判据得出了韧-脆转变温度在-100℃以下。采用动态撕裂试验,试验结果表明,动态撕裂试验与系列冲击趋势相同,韧-脆转变温度约为-75℃。经综合研究可知,10CrNi3Mo钢具有良好的低温韧性。
The low temperature toughness of 10CrNi3Mo steel was studied by means of microstructure observation, series of temperature impact and fracture morphology. According to the energy criterion, fracture criterion and plastic criterion of series impact test, the ductile-brittle transition temperature is below -100 ℃. Dynamic tear test, the test results show that the dynamic tear test and the impact of the same series of trends, ductile - brittle transition temperature of about -75 ℃. The comprehensive study shows that, 10CrNi3Mo steel has good low temperature toughness.
