硒镉摄入对大鼠脏器中硒、镉、铜、锌、锰含量的影响

目的 探讨硒镉摄入对大鼠脏器中硒、镉、铜、锌、锰含量的影响。方法 用含 5 ppm硒、5 0ppm镉和含 5 ppm硒 +5 0 ppm镉的水 ,供 3月龄的Wistar雄性大鼠自由饮用 ,3周后用原子吸收分光光度法测定大鼠肝、肾、脾和睾丸中硒、镉、铜、锌和锰的含量。结果  5 ppm硒组大鼠 4种组织中硒、铜含量、肝脾组织中锌含量和肾、脾、睾丸组织中铜含量均高于对照组 ;5 0 ppm镉组大鼠 4种组织中镉的含量、肾脾组织中硒的含量和肝脾组织中铜锌含量均高于对照组 ;经口同时摄入硒、镉时大鼠 4种脏器组织中硒的含量明显低于硒组 ,4种脏器组织中镉的含量明显高于硒组 ,肝脏组织中锌的含量显著低于镉组 ,脾脏组织中锌的含量显著低于硒组 ,肾、脾、睾丸组织中铜的含量低于硒组 ,肾、睾丸组织中锰的含量低于镉组。 Objective To investigate the effects of selenium and cadmium intake on the contents of selenium, cadmium, copper, zinc and manganese in the organs of rats. Methods Wistar male rats, aged 3 months, were allowed to drink free water containing 5 ppm of selenium, 50 ppm of cadmium and 5 ppm of cadmium with 5 ppm of selenium. Three weeks later, the liver and kidney of rats were examined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry , Selenium, cadmium, copper, zinc and manganese in the spleen and testis. Results The content of selenium and copper, the content of zinc in liver and spleen and the content of copper in kidney, spleen and testis of 4 ppm selenium group rats were all higher than those in control group. Cadmium in 5 ppm cadmium group , The content of selenium in kidney and spleen tissue and the content of copper and zinc in liver and spleen tissues were higher than those in control group. The contents of selenium in four kinds of organs were significantly lower than those in selenium group, The contents of cadmium in four kinds of tissues were significantly higher than those in selenium group. The content of zinc in liver tissue was significantly lower than that in cadmium group. The content of zinc in spleen tissue was significantly lower than that in selenium group. The content of copper in kidney, spleen and testis tissue was low The contents of manganese in selenium, kidney and testis were lower than those in cadmium group.
