近几年大型医院发展规模不断扩大,电子病历与纸质病案长期并行存在,且病案的社会利用量和病案管理质量要求不断提高。本文旨在通过探讨分析多院区大型医院病案管理中存在的问题和相应解决方案,如病案号不连续问题,新近出院病案重复调档问题,以及病案首页质量存在缺陷等问题。根据不同医院规模和地理环境提出几种病案号分配方案,通过设立临时病案架,将病案质控和编目工作设立在中间环节,从而有效解决相应问题,以此促使病案管理进一步科学化合理化,提高病案管理质量与工作效率,促进医院管理水平的进一步提高。
In recent years, the scale of large-scale hospitals has been constantly expanding. The electronic medical records and paper-based medical records have long existed in parallel, and the social utilization of medical records and the quality requirements of medical records management have been constantly increasing. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and analyze the existing problems and corresponding solutions in the case management of multi-hospital large-scale hospitals, such as the case number discontinuity, the problem of newly dispatched cases repeatedly filed, and the defects in the first page of the medical records. According to the scale and geographical environment of different hospitals, several medical record number distribution plans are put forward. Through setting up a temporary medical record case, quality control and cataloging of medical records are set up in the middle part so as to effectively solve the corresponding problems so as to further rationalize and improve the medical record management The quality of medical records management and work efficiency, to promote the further improvement of hospital management.
