共享经济新模式对社会的各个方面产生了影响,本文探讨共享经济模式在人力资源管理这一领域可能引发的变革,从雇佣关系、员工管理思想以及管理者角色变化这三个方面分析了共享经济模式对员工关系的影响,并从政府、企业和劳动者的角度分别归纳了共享经济模式带来的挑战并据此提出应对建议。
The new model of sharing economy has had an impact on all aspects of society. This article explores the possible changes that shared economy model may bring in the field of human resource management. It analyzes the sharing economy from three aspects: employment relationship, staff management thought and the change of manager’s role. Model of the impact on employee relations, and from the perspective of the government, enterprises and workers were summarized the challenges brought by the shared economic model and make recommendations accordingly.
