为了研究内保温墙体内部的温度和水蒸气分压力分布,分析出内保温墙体系统内部的结露点。通过建立内保温墙体数学模型,利用解析计算的方法计算出在稳态条件下离心玻璃棉和聚氨酯保温板(PU板)内保温墙体系统内部节点的温湿度,研究了内保温墙体模型内的温度和水蒸气分压力分布曲线;分析出结露点主要发生在保温材料与混凝土砌块界面处;通过实验验证了结论的正确性,且得出离心玻璃棉比PU板更容易结露。为工程设计提供参考依据。
In order to study the temperature inside the insulation wall and water vapor partial pressure distribution, analysis of the internal insulation wall system dew point. By establishing the mathematical model of the internal thermal insulation wall, the temperature and humidity inside the thermal insulation wall system in centrifugal glass wool and polyurethane thermal insulation board (PU board) under steady state conditions are calculated by analytical calculation method.
