文化体验式教学的根本目的是实现成功的跨文化交流,以教师为课堂主导的传统教学模式导致很多学生虽然能够对语法规则倒背如流,却不具备用英语交际的能力。学生只有在体验的过程中学习英语,才能不断激发学习的兴趣和潜能。在高职院校的英语教学中,将英语口语教学和文化教学相结合利用多媒体教学设施的介入让学生感受英语社会的文化生活。本文以文化体验式教学法为理论基础,结合高职院校非英语专业的一节大学英语课来分析文化体验式教学在高职院校大学英语教学中的有效性,为高职院校大学英语教学改革提供一些新思路。
The fundamental purpose of cultural experience-based teaching is to achieve successful intercultural communication. Taking teachers as the dominant traditional teaching mode in the classroom leads many students to have abilities to communicate in English although they are able to back the grammar rules. Students only learn English in the process of experience, in order to continue to stimulate the interest and potential of learning. In the teaching of English in higher vocational colleges, the combination of oral English teaching and cultural teaching makes use of multimedia teaching facilities to make students feel the cultural life of English-speaking society. In this paper, based on the theory of cultural experience teaching, combined with a college English course in non-English majors in vocational colleges to analyze the effectiveness of cultural experience-based teaching in college English teaching in higher vocational colleges, English teaching reform to provide some new ideas.
