近年来,随着生产飞速发展,在为节能、工作合理化技术开发而进行流体分析及改善工作环境的广泛领域里,“流量”的测定受到人们重视。用热线流速计测定流量至今已有70多年的历史。由于它的反应性好、检测元件小、电气变换和信号处理容易,所以许多领域都使用它。最近又制成了用电子计算机进行数据处理的风速计。本文将介绍各种类型的风速计及热线式风速计的特性、用途、原理、校正方式及使用说明。
In recent years, with the rapid development of production, the measurement of “flow” has been paid attention to in a wide range of areas where fluid analysis and improvement of the working environment have been conducted for energy saving and rationalization of technological development. It has been more than 70 years since the flow rate was measured by a hot wire flow meter. Because of its good reactivity, small detection elements, easy electrical transformation and signal processing, it is used in many fields. Recently, anemometers have been made that use electronic computers for data processing. This article will introduce the characteristics, uses, principles, calibration methods, and instructions for use of various types of anemometers and hot wire anemometers.
