通过对耐寒性北美红杉(Sequoia sempervirens Lindl.)无性快速繁殖技术研究,结果表明:大田外植体直接取材最好的季节是初春,外植体消毒方法一:嫩枝用自来水冲洗1h、1%Br2处理5min、0.1%HgCl2处理7min、无菌水冲洗4次,消毒方法二:嫩枝用自来水冲洗1h、10%CaClO2处理10min、0.1%HgCl2处理15min、无菌水冲洗4次,2种方法的效果均较好,成活率均为90%。MS+NAA0.1mg/L+KT0.5mg/L培养基较适合北美红杉的芽体诱导,诱导率100%,MS+NAA0.1mg/L+6-BA1.5mg/L+KT0.5mg/L和MS+NAA0.2mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L增殖效果较好,用生根培养基1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+IBA2.5mg/L,生根率72%。
