一、财政科技投入的基本情况1.财政科技投入的总量及比重。近年来,财政科技投入由1986年的112.57亿元增加到1997年的408.09亿元,增加幅度为262.52%;其中中央财政投入由1986年的74.10亿元增加到1997年的271.38亿元。同期,地方财政投入由38.47亿元增加到136.71亿元。从比重上看,1986—1997年间,中央财政科技投入占中央财政支出的比重由8.86%上升为10.72%,地方财政科技投入占地方财政支出的比重由2.81%
