利用透射电子显微镜,分析了Si+(100keV,5×1017cm-2)和Ti+(100keV,3×1017cm-2)注入H13钢注入层微观结构的变化.结果表明,离子注入后板条状马氏体结构完全消失,Si+注入导致注入层晶粒细化,而Ti+注入导致注入层非晶化.
The changes of the microstructure of the implanted layer of H13 steel with Si + (100keV, 5 × 1017cm-2) and Ti + (100keV, 3 × 1017cm-2) were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the lath martensite structure completely disappears after ion implantation, Si + implantation leads to grain refinement of the implanted layer, and Ti + implantation leads to amorphization of the implanted layer.
