本组5例病人均为男性,无高血压病史,年龄43～51岁。分别因菌痢、胃炎接受治疗。在服用痢特灵期间(0.1tid×3～5天)饮啤酒或葡萄酒四两以上后即出现“双硫醒样”反应。主要症状有:血压升高(以收缩压为主,2.67～4.0kPa不等,持续一天渐正常)、心慌(心率可至110次/分)、低热、口干、面色潮红、情绪变化;以及头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、胸闷、气急等,均给予一般对症、镇静处理,停药后一天症状消失。痢特灵的双硫醒样反应的主要症状以血管收缩、植物神经功能紊乱、胃肠道症状为主。
This group of 5 patients were male, no history of hypertension, aged 43 to 51 years. Respectively due to bacillary dysentery, gastritis received treatment. The main symptom of furazolidone’s disulfide wake-like reaction is vasoconstriction, autonomic dysfunction and gastrointestinal symptoms.
