按林木病害常规的研究方法,对松枯梢病病原菌的生物学特性和生长特性进行较系统和细致的研究。研究结果表明:该病原菌能在多种培养基上生长,但以在松梢煎汁液+糖+琼脂上为最好;其生长的最佳温度为25℃,相对湿度98%以上,pH值6.5~6.8之间。在一般培养条件下,病原菌在培养基上不产生子实体,但经紫外光每天照射20min,10d后即可产生子实体。子实体的形态、大小及特征和自然界中松梢上子实体基本一致,仅在形态上略大。
According to the conventional research methods of forest disease, the biological characteristics and growth characteristics of the pathogen of pine withered shoot disease were systematically and meticulously studied. The results showed that: the pathogen can grow in a variety of media, but the best in the pineapple juice + sugar + agar; the best temperature for growth 25 ℃, relative humidity 98%, pH 6 .5 to 6.8 between. Under normal culture conditions, the pathogen does not produce fruiting bodies on the medium, but the fruiting bodies are produced after 10 days of exposure to UV light for 20 minutes. The shape, size and characteristics of the fruiting bodies are basically the same as those of the fruiting bodies in the natural world, which are only slightly larger in morphology.
