基于Rosenthal的移动线热源模型,通过与高速摄像对焊接过程中熔池特征量的测量结果对比,获得了YAG激光全熔透焊接304不锈钢时熔池特征量及温度场分布的预测模型。结果表明,在一定热输入范围内,计算与试验结果符合得很好,但当热输入使熔透焊接过程处于过度熔化和临界熔透时,计算值与试验值的偏差会变大。
Based on the Rosenthal model of moving line heat source, the prediction model of weld pool characteristic temperature and temperature field of YAG laser fully welded 304 stainless steel was obtained by comparing with the measurement results of weld pool feature during high-speed camera. The results show that the calculated results agree well with the experimental results over a given heat input range. However, when the heat input causes the fusion penetration and critical penetration of the penetration welding process, the deviation of the calculated value from the experimental value increases.
