现如今,在城市化建设的过程之中,高层房屋建筑施是建筑结构之后的主流发展趋势,其对于城市城市化建设而言十分的关键。在高层房屋建筑之中,将各项施工技术充分的重视起来,在很大程度之上可以有效的促进建筑行业的社会经济效益,但是在施工的过程之中,施工技术一定要依照相应的规范及标准来进行实施,充分的保障地基可以承载上部建筑物所有的重量,仅仅借助地下室楼盖结构远远不够。因此,在施工的过程之中要针对其底部建筑的承载力进行一个细致的计算,应用科学、合理化的方式来达到加固的最终目的,保障相应的人员和整个建筑物的安全可靠性。鉴于此,本文主要分析高层房屋建筑施工技术。
