树木的细胞膜透性与抗盐性

在盐逆境条件下,研究了16个针阔叶树种的细胞膜透性与抗盐性,其结果表明:细胞膜透性是研究抗盐性的理想指标。抗性强的树种细胞膜不易被破坏,透性小,抗性差的树种细胞膜被破坏的严重,透性大。针叶树中樟子松、华山松、红松的抗盐性较强,臭松抗性中等,落叶松、红皮云杉抗性较差;阔叶树中白榆、水曲柳抗性较强,黑林3号杨,中绥12号杨及紫椴抗盐性处于中等水平,118号杨、798601号杨、白桦的抗盐性最差。树种间抗盐性差异为选择抗盐树种提供了物质基础 Under salt stress conditions, the membrane permeability and salt resistance of 16 coniferous and broad-leaved species were studied. The results showed that the permeability of cell membrane was an ideal index to study salt tolerance. Strong resistance of the tree cell membrane is not easy to damage, permeability, poor resistance of the tree cell membrane damage is serious, large permeability. Pinus sylvestris Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica and Pinus koraiensis had stronger salt resistance, moderate stinkbug resistance, larch and red spruce were less resistant. The broad-leaved elm trees were more resistant to ash and ash Lin 3 Yang, Zhong Sui 12 and Tilia amurensis salt resistance in the medium level, 118 Yang, 798601 Yang, birch the worst salt resistance.
