笔者自1998年10月至2000年4月,参与应用B超下水压灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套叠6例,获得满意疗效,现报道如下: 1.临床资料 本组6例患儿中,男性5例,女性1例,年龄最小4个月,最大14个月,平均8个月。起病时间最短4小时,最长24小时,平均7小时。6例患儿均因哭闹,排粘液血便求诊,排便次数为1至5次不等;其中3例患儿有呕吐,2例有轻度腹胀,2例患儿有低热及轻度脱水;体检时,其中4例患儿于右上腹或中腹部 The author from October 1998 to April 2000, involved in the application of B ultra-hydraulic enema in children with acute intussusception in 6 cases, to obtain satisfactory results, are reported as follows: 1.
