通过加入锰、硅、铬合金用中频感应炉熔炼制备ZG40MnSiCr钢,对其进行了正火热处理试验。用金相显微镜观察铸态及热处理后的试样组织。通过金相组织分析,铸态组织为铁素体+珠光体+魏氏组织,正火组织为珠光体+条状马氏体+残余奥氏体。
ZG40MnSiCr steel was produced by melting with medium frequency induction furnace by adding manganese, silicon and chromium alloy, and the test was conducted on the specimens. The microstructure of the as-cast and heat-treated specimens was observed with a metallographic microscope. Through the microstructure analysis, the as-cast microstructure is ferrite + pearlite + Widman’s organization, the normalized microstructure is pearlite + martensite + retained austenite.
