我院1979～1988年住院确诊的资料完整的SLE132例,其中57例(43.2％)有肺脚膜病变,兹就有关问题,扼要分析讨论。一般资料一、病例选择标准:诊断均符合1982年中华医学会风湿病专题学术会议制定的参考标准,并具有肺和/或胸膜病变X线表现者。二、性别、年龄:男7例,女50例,男女之比1∶7.4。年龄15～68岁,40岁以下者38例(66.7％)。三、临床表现:肺部症状和体征详见表1。以呼吸道症状为首发症状者仅7例(12.3％),有10例(17.5％)无呼吸道症状,有20例(35％)无胸部异常体征,
