为研究不同的入口压力对织构表面承载力的影响,建立了单个凹槽织构的二维计算模型,利用CFD方法数值模拟了在不同入口压力下气穴效应、气体体积率、压力分布和上壁面承载等方面的表现.研究结果表明:当入口压力较小时,在织构流体入口端的发散区将生成气穴,气体体积率的极大值随着入口压力的增加而减小;就气穴的分布区域而言,随着压力的增加,气穴分布区域逐步扩散,直至完全消散,气穴消失;无论是否产生气穴,织构的承载力会随着入口压力的增加而线性成比例地增加.“,”In order to study the influence of supply pressure on the carrying capacity of texture surface, a single two-dimensional (2D)calculation model of micro groove texture is established.Using the method of CFD numerical simulation,as the change of supply pressure,the changing rules of the cavitation effect, gas volume rate,pressure distribution and carrying capacity of top were obtained. The results show that when inlet pressure is small enough,cavitations will be generated in the divergence zone of texture inlet,the max-imum gas volume rate decreases with the increase of supply pressure.In terms of the regional distribution of cavitation, with the in-crease of pressure,the cavitation area gradually spreads, until completely dissipated, the cavitations disappeared.No matter whether generated cavitations,the carrying capacity of texture will linear proportional increase with the supply pressure.
