对1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti钢进行了加板加稀土;加板未加稀土;未加板未加稀土的离子S-N-C三元共渗对比试验。结果表明,在相同温度、时间条件下,加板加稀土者渗层厚度最大;加板未加稀土者次之;二者均未加者最小。但它们的表面硬度相同,均为HV_(0.1)>860。加板增强了溅射铁原子的氮载体作用,能使渗层增厚;加稀土增加了表面活性,减少了扩散阻力,也使渗层增厚。
