目的:探讨地佐辛联合右美托咪定用于正颌外科术后留置鼻插管患者的镇静的有效性和安全性。方法:选择60例正颌外科术后患者,随机分为右美托咪定组(对照组)和地佐辛联合右美托咪定组(联合组),每组30例,比较镇静前后两组患者不同时间点的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO-)及不同时段的右美托咪定用量。结果:联合组镇静后12、24 h的HR均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组镇静后6、12 h的MAP均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组右美托咪定的时段用量于0.5~1 h和1~6 h低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地佐辛联合右美托咪定用于正颌外科术后留置鼻插管患者的镇静安全、有效,能减少右美托咪定的用量、降低不良反应发生率。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of dezocine in combination with dexmedetomidine for sedation in patients undergoing nasal cannulation after orthognathic surgery. Methods: Sixty patients undergoing orthognathic surgery were randomly divided into two groups: dexmedetomidine group (dexmedetomidine group) and dezocine plus dexmedetomidine group (n = 30) Mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), pulse oximetry (SpO-) and dexmedetomidine dosage at different time points in different time points in the group of patients. Results: The HR of both groups at 12 and 24 h after sedation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The MAP at 6 and 12 h after sedation in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) The duration of treatment with tolmetin was 0.5-1 h and 1-6 h lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Dezocine combined with dexmedetomidine is safe and effective for the patients with nasal intubation after orthognathic surgery. It can reduce the dosage of dexmedetomidine and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
