对金属蜂窝胶接结构进行传热研究,考虑蜂窝结构热传导和热辐射的耦合作用,建立两种热分析模型,模拟蜂窝结构内部传热机理。通过两种模型计算结果的对比分析,总结出蜂窝结构传热模型建模规则,计算胶接金属蜂窝结构的等效热传导系数。分析表明,当高宽比不大时,蜂窝晶胞壁的辐射是不容忽略的,胶粘层使得蜂窝夹层结构的隔热性能增强。
Heat transfer of metal honeycomb bonding structure is studied. Considering the coupling between heat conduction and thermal radiation of honeycomb structure, two thermal analysis models are established to simulate the heat transfer mechanism in honeycomb structure. Through the comparative analysis of the calculated results of the two models, the modeling rules of the heat transfer model of the honeycomb structure are summarized, and the equivalent heat transfer coefficient of the metal honeycomb structure is calculated. The analysis shows that the radiation of honeycomb cell walls can not be neglected when the aspect ratio is not large, and the adhesive layer enhances the thermal insulation performance of the honeycomb sandwich structure.
