提出一种射频激励扩散型冷却层叠式板条波导CO2激光器结构。利用这种结构，从电极长度为500mm的激光器件中警告了1020W输出，其光电效率为10％。
A kind of RF excited diffused cooling laminated slab waveguide CO2 laser structure is proposed. With this structure, a 1020 W output is warned from a laser device having an electrode length of 500 mm, with a photoelectric efficiency of 10%.
