在胶料的挤出过程中温度会升高,从而引发焦烧问题。为了解决这一难题,研究人员采用Compuplast公司的Flow2000计算机模型,对AEM胶料的挤出过程进行了模拟,并与实验结果进行了比较。研究发现,在装有通用螺杆的挤出机中,胶料的温度比较低,在转速较高时,挤出机的排胶量仍较高。
In the rubber extrusion process temperature will rise, which led to scorch problem. To solve this problem, researchers used Compuplast Flow2000 computer model to simulate the extrusion process of AEM compounds and compared them with the experimental results. The study found that in the universal screw extruder, the rubber temperature is relatively low, at higher speeds, the extruder is still a high amount of plastic discharge.
