研究了经 Cd2+ 溶液处理后的菱( Trapa bicornis Osbeck)浮水叶显微结构和超微结构的变化情况.50 μm ol/ L和100 μm ol/ L Cd2+ 溶液处理引起叶显微结构的变化:细胞变形、溶解;组织松散、解体,栅栏组织和海绵组织均遭到破坏.菱叶细胞受一定浓度 Cd2+ (大于 10 μm ol/ L)毒害后,其细胞核的核质消失,但核膜保持完整;叶绿体基粒数目减少,基粒片层解体,叶绿体双层膜断裂.通过研究,提供了 Cd2+ 毒害引起的细胞结构变化情况和叶片形态上的受害特征
The changes of microstructure and ultrastructure of Trapa bicornis Osbeck leaves treated with Cd2 + were studied. The changes of leaf microstructure caused by 50 μmol / L and 100 μmol / L Cd2 + solution treatment: cell deformation and dissolution; loose tissue, disintegration, palisade tissue and sponge tissue were destroyed. After being poisoned by cadmium (more than 10 μmol / L), the nuclear cytoplasm disappeared, but the nuclear membrane remained intact. The number of chloroplast mitochondrion decreased, the basal lamina disintegrated and the chloroplast double membrane ruptured.
