政府环境责任的不明晰是造成一次又一次污染事件的根源所在,所以在环境法律中应当明确政府的环境责任,本文就从环境责任的概念、政府环境责任强化的动因等方面分析我国目前在环境法律中政府责任的现状,为政府责任的完善提供思考的基础。 Therefore, the environmental responsibility of the government should be clarified in the environmental law. This article analyzes the current situation of the environment in our country from the aspects of the concept of environmental responsibility and the motivation of the government’s environmental responsibility. The status quo of government responsibility in law provides the basis for thinking about the improvement of government responsibility.
