针对宁东水厂运行过程中有机物含量增多和低温低浊等问题,采用不同比例的聚甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(HCA)对聚合氯化铝(PACl)进行改性,并进行了一系列混凝实验。实验结果表明,HCA在混凝过程中可以有效增强混凝剂的电中和能力和网捕卷扫能力,与PACl的最佳复合比例为5%。提高混凝剂中Al_b的含量可有效提升对浊度、COD_(Mn)、氨氮和微生物代谢产物(SMP)的去除率,且Al_b含量对混凝过程中絮体的形成和再生有着重要作用和影响。
In order to solve the problems of increasing the content of organic matter and low temperature and low turbidity during the operation of Ningdong water plant, polyaluminum diallyl chloride (HCA) was used to modify polyaluminum chloride (PACl) A series of coagulation experiments. The experimental results show that HCA can effectively enhance the coagulant’s electric neutralization ability and net catch capacity during coagulation, and the best compounded ratio with PACl is 5%. Increasing the content of Al_b in the coagulant can effectively improve the removal rate of turbidity, COD Mn, ammonia nitrogen and microbial metabolites (SMP), and the content of Al_b plays an important role in floc formation and regeneration in the coagulation process influences.
