体操是适合各种年龄学生的体育活动,是整个体育运动的一个组成部分。教育大纲的内容应该根据学生的不同年龄,采取“循序渐进”的原则。小学生(5—7岁)应该学会走、跑、跳、攀等各种基本运动技能,并强调把平衡、节奏、柔韧、敏捷、力量、耐久力的训练与正确的技术动作结合起来。注意这些活动的兴趣
Gymnastics is a sport for students of all ages and is an integral part of the sport. The content of the syllabus should be based on the students’ different ages and adopt the principle of “gradual and orderly progress”. Pupils (5-7 years old) should learn various basic motor skills such as walking, running, jumping, climbing and emphasizing the combination of training in balance, rhythm, flexibility, agility, strength and endurance with the correct technical action.
