本文引用园环壳弯曲方程一般解,对C型波纹管在端部弯矩作用下变形进行了系统分析计算,提出了实际工程中刚度设计公式。并对精确分析与简化分析弯曲刚度的差异进行了研究,得出了简化分析刚度设计公式的修正式。从而可方便地将弯曲刚度设计转化为轴对称刚度设计。
In this paper, the general solution of the bending equation of the circular ring shell is cited. The deformation of the C-type corrugated tube under the bending moment of the end is systematically analyzed and calculated. The stiffness design formula of the actual engineering is put forward. The difference between the accurate analysis and the simplified analysis of the bending stiffness was studied, and the simplified formula for the simplified analysis of the stiffness was obtained. Which makes it easy to translate the bending stiffness design into an axisymmetric stiffness design.
