变电站测控就地化能减少信息传输距离,提高测控性能,节约成本,简化系统,但同时也带来了信息分散,共享能力不足,无后备等问题。据此,提出一种基于变电站自动化系统的广义MU装置。靠近一次设备的分布式就地化装置作为过程层设备保证了系统的可靠性,主控室内集中布置PMU、计量、集群测控与站控层设备,实现信息共享和其他自动化高级应用。
Localization of substation monitoring and control can reduce the information transmission distance, improve the measurement and control performance, save costs and simplify the system, but also brought about the information scattered, lack of sharing capacity, no back-up and other issues. Accordingly, a general MU device based on substation automation system is proposed. The distributed localized device close to the primary device ensures the reliability of the system as a process layer device. PMU, metering, cluster monitoring and control and station-level devices are centrally arranged in the control room for information sharing and other advanced automation applications.
