为了解决零件的变形问题,我厂热处理车间,曾在一个时期中,使用熔融的苛性鹼作淬火剂(其成份是35%氢氧化钠NaOH,65%氢氧化钾KOH)。这种淬火剂的冷却能力很强,淬火后的工件变形也很小,同时还可以获得光潔的表面,免去喷砂处理。由于使用了这种冷却剂,解决了不少关键问题。但是在使用期间,我们发现这样淬火剂的损耗很大,同时氢氧化钾价格又贵,大大的提高了零件
