本文报道苯对猴的急性、亚急性、亚慢性及慢性毒理学研究。急性中毒动物出现昏厥、死亡。亚急性、亚慢性及慢性中毒动物血细胞无明显变化,骨髓细胞分类和骨髓病理检查亦未见有意义的改变。大部分中毒动物的肾脏都有不同程度的病变。表明苯对猴的毒性主要在神经系统,而不是在骨髓和血液系统。
This article reports the acute, subacute, subchronic and chronic toxicological effects of benzene on monkeys. Acute poisoning fainted animals, died. Subacute, subchronic and chronic poisoning animals no significant changes in blood cells, bone marrow cell sorting and bone marrow pathology also did not see meaningful changes. Most poisoned animals have varying degrees of kidney disease. The toxicity of benzene to monkeys is mainly in the nervous system, not in the bone marrow and blood system.
