心态可以扰乱思维,但是思维可以改变心态。心态这个东西,我们看不到摸不着,而它却隐形的潜伏在每个人的身上。有些时候,我们甚至控制不了它,或恐慌、或兴奋、或悲伤……看过苏洵的《心术》之后,我们都知道:为将之道,当先治心。无论以后做什么事情,拥有一个良好的心态可谓是一笔无价的财富。狄更斯说一个健全的心态比一百种智慧更有力量。我是同意这种看法的,物随心转,境由心造,烦恼皆由心生。可见心态可以左右我们的情绪,但是我们可以控制好自己的心态吗?我深信答案是可以的,这一切只能交给时间去证明。你还记不记得因为某件事而伤心,可是等过了一段时间以后,便没有那么深刻了,渐渐地一切忧伤都被冲淡,心情才慢慢反转过来。在这之间,我承认有时间的功劳,可是我认为最为关键的就是自身的思维,只有彻底想明白了,才会走出伤心的阴霾。变换一下思维,
Mentality can disrupt thinking, but thinking can change mindset. Mentality this thing, we can not see the touch, but it is hidden invisible to everyone. I am convinced that the answer is OK, all this can only be given to the time to prove. Do you still remember that you were sad because of something, but after a while, you were not so profound. Gradually, all the sadness was diluted and your mood slowly reversed.
