以巨菌草为试材,研究了稀酸(H2SO4)的固液比、酸浓度、处理时间和反应温度对巨菌草化学组成和酶解液中还原糖含量的影响。结果表明:稀酸的最佳预处理条件为:固液比1∶20、酸浓度2.0%、处理时间60min、反应温度100℃。该研究为巨菌草作为制备生物乙醇的材料提供了理论依据。
Using mycorrhizal fungi as test material, the effects of solid-liquid ratio, acid concentration, treatment time and reaction temperature of dilute acid (H2SO4) on the chemical composition of giant herb and the content of reducing sugars in the hydrolyzate were studied. The results showed that the best pretreatment conditions were: solid - liquid ratio 1:20, acid concentration 2.0%, treatment time 60min, reaction temperature 100 ℃. The research provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of bioethanol from Mycorrhizal.
