GH4169是一种时效强化镍基合金,在650℃以下具有屈服强度高、塑性好的特点,有较高的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,适宜于高性能航空发动机部件的使用。本文对GH4169组件与1Cr18Ni9Ti真空钎焊工艺进行了研究,通过对GH4169焊接性分析,确定了钎料的成分及钎焊工艺参数。实验结果表明,选用的镍基钎料具有好的润湿性、流动性和填充性,钎缝完整、无空洞、裂纹等缺陷,接头强度及抗氧化性能满足发动机部件在600℃以下的工作环境的要求。
GH4169 is a kind of aging strengthened nickel-base alloy with high yield strength and good plasticity below 650 ℃. It has high corrosion and oxidation resistance and is suitable for the use of high-performance aero-engine components. In this paper, GH4169 components and 1Cr18Ni9Ti vacuum brazing process was studied, GH4169 weldability analysis to determine the composition of the brazing filler metal and brazing process parameters. The experimental results show that the nickel base brazing filler material has good wettability, fluidity and filling, complete brazing seam, no holes, cracks and other defects, joint strength and oxidation resistance to meet the engine parts below 600 ℃ working environment Request.
