目的:通过动物试验观察苏拉明复合粘弹剂与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)眼内灌注对大鼠后发性白内障的影响。方法30只健康大鼠制作白内障大鼠模型,随机分成空白对照组、苏拉明组、5-Fu 组,每组10只。行超声乳化白内障吸除术,术中分别应用普通粘弹剂、浓度为300μg/ml 苏拉明复合粘弹剂及浓度为0.2 mg/ml 的5-Fu,观察术后大鼠后囊膜混浊情况。结果苏拉明复合粘弹剂及5-Fu 均能对鼠眼后发性白内障起到抑制作用,但苏拉明的作用更确切、疗效更好,长期效果更明显,前房反应仅限于房闪(+),且在术后第3天完全消失,不会对眼部产生不良影响。术后第6个月,苏拉明组后囊混浊眼发生率10%低于空白对照组60%及5-Fu 组40%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏拉明复合粘弹剂较5-Fu 能更好的预防后发性白内障。“,”Objective To observe influence by suramin composite viscoelastic agent and 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) through intraocular irrigation on rat posterior capsular opacification. Methods A total of 30 healthy rats as cataract rat model were randomly divided into blank control group, suramin group and 5-Fu group, with 10 rats in each group. They all received phacoemulsification, along with respectively applied normal viscoelastic agent, suramin composite viscoelastic agent by 300 μg/ml, and 5-Fu by 0.2 mg/ml. Postoperative posterior capsular opcaification condition was observed. Results Suramin composite viscoelastic agent and 5-Fu showed inhibiting effects on rat posterior capsular opacification, while suramin had more precise effect, better curative effect and more obvious long-term effect. Anterior chamber response was strictly limited as aqueous flare (+), which completely disappear in 3 d after operation, without any adverse effect on eyes. In postoperative 6 months, suramin group had lower incidence of eyes with posterior capsular opcaification as 10% than 60% in blank control group and 40% in 5-Fu group. Their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Suramin composite viscoelastic agent provides better prevention than 5-Fu for posterior capsular opacification.
